We do not collect payment information directly. If subscription billing is introduced, it will be handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit and subject to Apple's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described above (service providers necessary to operate the app) or as required by law.
Within the app, data is shared according to your role and relationships. For example, a coach can see session data for athletes on their team; a parent can see session data for their linked athlete. Access is controlled by the permissions you set.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for product improvement purposes.
Game Face Bullpen is designed for use by coaches and parents tracking youth athletes. Athletes under 13 are tracked by a parent or coach account — they do not create their own accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information without parental consent, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@gamefacebullpen.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database, and authentication tokens. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
