Gameface Productions LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of pitch count guidelines and is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from reliance on information provided by the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended or deleted.
Coaches and parents are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority to create and manage athlete profiles. If you are creating a profile for a minor, you confirm that you are the parent, legal guardian, or authorized coach of that athlete.
Athlete data is accessible only to users who have been explicitly granted access via the invite system. You agree not to share access with unauthorized parties.
All content, design, and software within Game Face Bullpen is owned by Gameface Productions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@gamefacebullpen.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameface Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Game Face Bullpen, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
